Cancellation Policy
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 By placing a booking with Melt Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. • Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details are correct. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 • Clients may cancel online at any time. • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before 12:00am (midnight) on the event date incur no fee (unless stated otherwise). • Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 100% cancellation fee with no refund. • Failure to provide venue access, communicate or proceed with the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at 100%. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 • Clients may reschedule online up to 72 hours before 12:00am (midnight) on the event date, subject to availability. • Requests made within 72 hours cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. • Melt Productions reserves the right to decline alternative dates due to availability. 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Clients must ensure safe access, correct bump-in/out times, venue approval, and a suitable flat setup area. Extra charges may apply for delays or restricted access. 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 Flower walls are for indoor or sheltered use only unless agreed otherwise in writing. Installation may be refused in unsafe weather (rain, wind, storms, extreme heat). No refunds for unsuitable outdoor setups. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 All hire items remain the property of Melt Productions. Clients must ensure guests do not climb, sit, hang or lean on the flower wall and must keep food, drinks, candles, smoke machines, glitter, confetti and paint away from the equipment. Children must be supervised. Client is responsible for all damage, loss, theft or excessive cleaning. Repair and replacement costs apply. 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Melt Productions is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of hire equipment, venue restrictions, weather interruptions, delays outside our control or any indirect or consequential loss. 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 Melt Productions is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, illness, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
