Current packages include:

  • The Create - 3 hours per week

  • The Elevate - 6 hours per week

  • The Full Melt - 12 hours per week

Package hours may be used across any of the creative and event services listed below, depending on the client's needs and the scope of each request:

  • Flyers, posters and promotional materials

  • Brochures and marketing collateral

  • Invitations and event stationery

  • Signage and event collateral

  • Canva templates

  • Event planning support

  • Event coordination support

  • Event timelines and run sheets

  • Supplier and venue liaison

  • Other related creative services agreed between Melt Productions and the client

All services are available across every Creative Partner Package. The only difference between packages is the number of hours of creative support allocated each week.

Clients can only have one active Creative Partner Package subscription at a time.

2. Package Hours

Melt Productions offers Creative Partner Packages based on a set number of hours per week.

Package hours are intended to provide ongoing support throughout the subscription period and are not a guarantee of a specific number of designs, posts, files or deliverables.

The time required to complete a request will vary depending on its complexity, level of detail, revisions, content supplied by the client and any technical requirements.

Melt Productions will use reasonable judgement when allocating package hours to individual projects.

3. Weekly Package Allocation

Package hours are allocated on a weekly basis.

Unused weekly hours do not roll over into subsequent weeks or billing periods and cannot be accumulated for use on a future project.

Where a client requires a larger project, campaign or event that exceeds their available package hours, Melt Productions may provide an additional quotation or offer additional hours at the applicable rate, subject to availability.

Melt Productions may assist clients in prioritising requests where multiple projects are submitted within the same week.

4. Design Requests and Revisions

Design requests may include social media graphics, flyers, posters, brochures, invitations, signage, Canva templates, presentations, business documents, website graphics, event collateral, promotional materials, marketing materials and similar creative services.

Unless otherwise agreed, each design request includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions.

A revision is considered a reasonable adjustment to the original design direction.

Significant changes to the original brief, a new concept, additional design directions or work resulting from an incomplete or substantially changed brief may be treated as a new request and may use additional package hours.

Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur additional fees.

5. Client Content and Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, copy, logos, images, brand assets, event details and other materials required to complete their requests.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Melt Productions is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied or approved by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that any images, text, logos, fonts or other third-party materials supplied to Melt Productions are legally available for use.

6. Event Planning and Coordination

Creative Partner Packages may be used for event planning and event coordination support, including:

  • Event concept development

  • Event timelines

  • Run sheets

  • Supplier research

  • Supplier communication and liaison

  • Venue communication

  • Event budgets and planning documents

Event planning and coordination services are subject to the number of package hours available and the scope agreed with the client.

Melt Productions does not guarantee the availability, performance, pricing or conduct of any third-party venue, supplier, contractor, entertainer, photographer, caterer, hire company or other service provider.

Third-party supplier fees and expenses remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Full Event Coordination

Full event coordination, including attendance at an event, is not automatically included within the Creative Partner Package.

Where full event coordination is required, Melt Productions will provide a separate quotation based on the size, duration, location, complexity and requirements of the event.

Full event coordination may include:

  • Final supplier confirmations

  • Final venue liaison

  • Event-day schedule management

  • Supplier arrivals and coordination

  • Venue setup coordination

  • Coordination of event staff and suppliers

  • Managing the event run sheet

  • Liaising with the venue and suppliers during the event

  • Managing event timing and transitions

  • Troubleshooting reasonable event-day issues

  • Client liaison during the event

  • Pack-down coordination where agreed

The client acknowledges that full event coordination requires Melt Productions to reserve specific time and resources for the event. Once an event coordination booking has been confirmed, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.

Any additional event-day hours beyond those included in the agreed event coordination quotation will be charged at the applicable additional hourly rate, subject to availability.

Travel, parking, accommodation, delivery, collection, venue access fees and other event-related expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.

8. Event Responsibilities and Third-Party Suppliers

Melt Productions acts as an event planning and coordination service provider and does not assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, damage or performance of independent third-party suppliers.

Where Melt Productions recommends or assists with sourcing a supplier, the client remains responsible for approving and engaging that supplier unless otherwise agreed.

Melt Productions is not liable for losses arising from a supplier failing to deliver services, cancelling, arriving late, providing defective goods or otherwise failing to meet their contractual obligations to the client.

Where possible, Melt Productions will take reasonable steps to assist with resolving event-day issues within the scope of the agreed coordination service.

9. Monthly Packages

Monthly Packages are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.

Clients may cancel their Monthly Package at any time from their ‘My Subscriptions’ page.

Cancellation will stop future payments; however, the Package will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Monthly payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has commenced, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unused weekly hours expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over.

10. Yearly Packages

Yearly packages are billed in advance for a 12-month period and may include a discounted rate compared with the equivalent monthly pricing.

Due to the discounted annual commitment, Yearly Packages cannot be cancelled, refunded or partially refunded during the subscription term, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

The client remains responsible for the agreed annual subscription amount regardless of whether all available package hours or services are used.

11. Additional Hours and Out-of-Scope Work

Work exceeding the client's allocated package hours may be completed at $95 per hour, subject to availability and client approval.

Melt Productions will notify the client where a request is likely to exceed the available package hours before commencing additional work wherever reasonably possible.

Additional work may include:

  • Work exceeding the allocated weekly hours

  • Significant revisions

  • New projects outside the agreed services

  • Complex website development

  • Large-scale branding projects

  • Extensive event requirements

  • Additional event-day hours

  • Rush or urgent requests where agreed

Additional work will not be undertaken without client approval where additional charges will apply.

14. Turnaround Times

Melt Productions will endeavour to complete requests within a reasonable timeframe based on workload, project complexity and the client's required deadline.

Package clients receive ongoing access to creative support but this does not guarantee same-day or immediate completion.

Urgent or short-notice requests may be accommodated where possible.

Event-related requests should be submitted with reasonable notice wherever possible, particularly where supplier communication, printing, production or external services are involved.

15. Payments

All Package fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

Melt Productions may suspend work and Package services where payments remain outstanding.

Work will recommence once outstanding amounts have been paid, subject to availability.

Clients may request to pay for a Creative Partner Package via invoice instead of completing payment by credit card or through the online checkout.

To request an invoice, clients must contact Melt Productions at info@meltproductions.au and advise which Creative Partner Package and billing option they wish to purchase.

Where payment is made by invoice:

  • The applicable package fee must be paid in full and received by Melt Productions before the Creative Partner Package is activated.

  • No creative, design, event planning, event coordination support or other package services will commence until cleared payment has been received.

  • The client's package period and allocated weekly hours will commence from the package start date confirmed by Melt Productions following receipt of payment.

  • Payment of an invoice does not entitle the client to services outside the inclusions or allocated hours of their selected package.

  • Monthly packages paid by invoice must be paid for each applicable billing period before services for that period commence, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • Yearly packages paid by invoice require payment of the full annual package fee before the yearly package commences.

  • Additional hours, out-of-scope work, full event coordination and other separately quoted services may be invoiced separately and must be paid in accordance with the applicable invoice or quotation terms.

Where payment has not been received, Melt Productions reserves the right to delay the package commencement date and will not be required to reserve creative capacity or commence services until payment has been received.

Except where required under Australian Consumer Law, the same cancellation, refund and package conditions apply regardless of whether payment is made by credit card, online checkout or invoice.

16. Client Conduct

Melt Productions is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful working relationship with all clients.

Melt Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Package where:

  • These Terms & Conditions are materially breached

  • Payments remain outstanding

  • A client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour

  • Requests become unreasonable or substantially outside the agreed scope

  • The working relationship becomes untenable

Any outstanding amounts for services already provided remain payable following termination.

17. Intellectual Property and Final Files

Upon payment of all applicable fees, the client receives the agreed final design files and the right to use the completed work for its intended business purpose.

Melt Productions retains ownership of working files, drafts, concepts, source files and internal design processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party fonts, stock imagery, templates, software elements and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Melt Productions may retain copies of completed work for portfolio, promotional and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

18. Changes to Packages and Terms

Melt Productions may update its Packages, pricing or Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any changes to an existing client's pricing or material package inclusions will be communicated to the client before taking effect.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will be made available on the Melt Productions website.

19. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to the client under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a provision of these Terms & Conditions is inconsistent with a mandatory legal requirement, that legal requirement will prevail.
